The newly established HBS Welding Systems GmbH, headquartered in Dachau, will function as a sister company of KÖCO. The established HBS brand will remain – a conscious commitment to the strength and value of the existing portfolio. With the HBS Group, we are not only gaining a technologically proficient partner but also a strong presence in the USA through the subsidiaries Sunbelt Stud Welding Inc. and HBS Studwelding Inc.

Combining our strengths creates fresh chances for creative solutions: While KÖCO continues to offer expertise in drawn arc solutions, HBS offers ideal complements to the portfolio with drawn arc and capacitor discharge options for industrial, automated series processes.
